I have ordered a food which is of 84rs and when I saw the food, it was very bad. White rice is better than that actually. And even I have added a note that, I need onion salad and they have nod provided. Then I called to customer care and spoke with Mr. Kunal Kaushik, bad experience with him. As of I have received inappropriate food for that he agreed to give me 50rs of credit. I asked why only 50rs? Where as I have paid 84rs. And he says according to guidelines he can able to provide only 50rs. Then where it has been written in a website or anywhere in there premises... How he depreciated that amount? Where does he saw that amount? According which basis he has decided to give that? Later, he has non sense answer for it that go to help section and you will find it. Where there is no information regarding the same. Uber giving a complete improper, incomplete, fatal information. Kindly help me out with best resolution. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Never refer to anyone now.
