The app crashed or something happened with the app while placing my order and the order got delivered to the wrong address. The uber customer service was abrupt and did not give me a refund for their error and i was out $17 and no lunch. The driver took the food back and it was THE WORST experience of my life, called customer service, kept getting transferred to hear in the end that they cannot give me a refund even after knowing it wasn't my fault. Never using the app again or recommending it to anyone.
