I have ordered food 1st time from uber eats. Luckily i was in contact with restaurant owner also. The food was prepaid through my debit card. The person from uber eats picked up the food and didn't delivered it to us whereas the message i got from uber eats that your food is delivered. I raised a complaint with them and also called uber eats, the response i got from uber eats call center is sorry and we will talk to our channel partners. this whole drama went on till 11 pm. I told them that what about my food, uber eats gave me a response that we will refund your money, but what about my food, i need the food which was ordered and not money. The response i got was worst, please order it once again. We cant give you delivery boy's number, its not in our policy.
