Very harsh customer service that is lacking in any understanding or empathy, ignoring the order systems glitches &, failure.
My order arrived wrong & when I enquired I was sent a attachment that could be just typed out same item separate but in the same order & almost £20 overcharged due to the tiny mistake. Which should of been flagged !
If the glitch was a payment issue .
I know from experience that they 🤙 you to clarify! Unless it's in There favour. I have been shopping for years with them but no consideration for this was taken into account. I hope to edit this with a more positive view if they respond to my polite email in a helpful way.
