The only reason I don't rate a 5 is because of the time it took to ship my front splitter to the states. I know this was no fault from urotuning, and I understand shipping from out of the states is hit and miss. However, I was very satisfied with communications back and forth from urotuning and the guys were very pleasant and honest. As far as the front splitter, I will have it installed and then see what it looks like. As far as the product itself, it came in one piece and free nicks and scratches. I am happy with it thus far.
