I placed an order for two pairs boots, one of which were faulty (discolouration to the boots). I was disappointed to find that I had to pay for the return postage, which then wasn't refunded to me once the refund for the boots was processed. I sent an email requesting this, but it was ignored. As part of my online consumer rights I am entitled to return any product that is faulty for free. This is not acceptable, it may only be £5, but its the principle.
