The site wouldn't work when I was trying to use my student discount code, i had to keep refreshing the page and in the end I deleted my contents and started again. I couldn't get a new code as the page refreshed but there was no new code there so this made the whole experience very long and frustrating. I was very disappointed at the over priced delivery! £4.99 even if delivered to store! I personally think of you spend a certain amount you should get free delivery. & on a previous order I returned something to store to be told I could only have a gift card or exchange! I just wanted my money back. All in all nice clothes but one of my least favourite places to shop online
