If I could rate lower than a one I would. I have still not received my parcel as it was delivered to a different address to mine. The parcel was signed for but the occupants are saying they were both at work and therefore did not sign for it. Hermes are not claiming responsibility and have washed their hands on it and I have not had a response from Sports Direct who I have been informed are liable. My postcode is CF481AD and the parcel was delivered to CF481AE. I will never order from USC again. I am out of pocket by almost £70 and seriously thinking of going to the press.
