It took over an hour for an agent to come through to me, who basically just repeated what the bot said, almost passive aggressively.
They definitely make it feel like they don't want you to contact them at all....
The best decision was me taking up the whole issue and reported to FOSTERBOON.ORG, this was the way I could get my money back.
