Received goods fairly quickly after ordering, but regrettably not the correct lamp or shade at all. Disappointed to find when I telephoned that nobody was answering the phones as the staff were in training according to the recorded message. Managed to speak to someone the following day who resolved the situation satisfactorily, arranging collection of the wrong goods and delivery of the correct ones, which didn't take long at all.
