The products are beautiful and of high quality so deserve a 5 rating. However, I have previously placed an order and after weeks of it not arriving, I cancelled the order (normally delivery is very quick). The big disappointment is the delay in receiving a refund which is why I've marked it down overall and would give this aspect of their customer service a 1.
