We have only recently joined Waggle but so far we have been very impressed. The policies were easy to understand and well laid out. I didn’t leave the website feeling confused or worried that I was going to be caught by something in the future, as I did with some other companies. We received a lovely Christmas box which was the cherry on the top. The Christmas penguin from the box has become our puppy’s favorite toy. I love the fact that I have access to call for advice if needed. Going to the vet is expensive and it is reassuring to know I can make a call first and get professional advice on the next steps.
