Good service. Bit misleading with the original delivery note stating we had the skip for 6 weeks, when in fact we only had the skip for 2 weeks and had to pay for the extra weeks. Very grateful for the free week due to this confusion. When extending the skip, payment was taken, I was then phoned back an hour later to say I had to pay an extra £36 because the person taking payment was new. i very much appreciate this, however they shouldn't be customer facing and taking payment if they are not fully trained to do this. Overall, service was good. Communication was great.
