The actual service of WasteOnline was brilliant, good website and fantastic communication. Unfortunately the skip hire company that brought our skip wasn’t so impressive- it arrived a day earlier than we wanted it, was left facing the wrong way so we couldn’t use the drop-leaf at all and was then collected 2 days later than expected. Such a shame
