Wave have, after a long initial wait for delivery for our new spa, due to lockdown, responded superbly to our needs. We had an initial issue with my pump unit and I received some comprehensive and informative answers from the customer services team. I have ordered, chemicals, a filter sock, inflatable lid, head supports and filters and with every order I have received an email to let me know it was being dispatched and a link to the courier. A phone service would be useful from their end , post email correspondence. Overall, I have been so pleased
