please please answer my emails Alistair promised me weeks and weeks ago that i could either have money back or a new tub i asked for a
new tub as i cannot use mine and haven’t been able to for weeks and now everyone is ignoring me and i have a hot tub that is no good - at this rate i will be asking for a full refund as I cannot use it PLEASE HELP ME!!!
