Received my hot tub in July on time so pleased with that. Didn't set up my hot tub until beginning of September as I got an outside socket installed. Set up my hot tub but it has a slow leak of air every few days! Customer service response is basically my problem to spend hours finding the problem using soapy water which I have done & found nothing so can only assume the hole is so small it is virtually impossible to find. It is like trying to find a needle in a haystack! Wave Spa's won't replace or refund the hot tub without photographic or video evidence of the hole so looks like I have no chance of a replacement. My friend's & family will now look elsewhere to purchase a hot tub as they were keen to see how I got on. So great, Customer service or lack of it again in Great Britain! Wish I had never bothered.
