Yet another company who believe the law does not apply to them. Knowingly keeping something that belongs to someone else- despicable- clearly the sign of a desperate and unscrupulous owner. Business must be pretty pathetic if you cannot return money that you are obligated too. The CMA HAS VERY clearly indicated that deposits paid for holidays that are cancelled due to Covid 19 must be refunded either with a credit note OR cash- the choice lies with the customer not the arrogant owner. Clearly a cash flow problem- I will not accept a credit as you will not be around for me to use it SHAME.
