Kitchen installation we have been left without a sink and washing machine machine as the pipe work was installed incorrectly when we put the taps on the washing machine fills up with water. The hob has been installed unlawfully as they have missed off the plate that’s meant to go under the hob which I was advised by a gas safety engineer of 45years who keeps upto date with the current regulations. Gaps all under the kitchen cabinets and the fridge door hasn’t been fitted correctly as there is no seal when the fridge door is shut. Wrote a formal complaint to wickes which we have been waiting to hear back from for about 6 months now being fobbed off by saying they are waiting to hear back from various different departments but no outcome.
