I placed a small order for a few items of finishing materials and some specialist socket head screws. I had a phone call the next day from a very polite gentleman to say the screws were out of stock, he offered to put them on back order, the rest of the order arrived the next day. Very good service. I will order from them again in the future. The pictured item was finished with the products
