have been a member since 11/24. It started out well with labs and subsequent MD visit. Still have not received my genetics test results after 4 months, which I was told is supposed to direct my care. Basically at this point I’m paying almost $400 for a monthly health coach visit. Voiced my concerns and to date have not heard back from anyone in a leadership position. Great concept, but execution is well below the bar.
