I dropped this company back in October of 2024. I was not satisfied with the quality of service and it was difficult to get a time slot that worked for me to talk with my doctor. The biggest issue I have is that they are $395 per month fee. I complained and they agreed I have left the plan. I explained that they are still charging me and they told me they would take care of it. But I just looked on my credit card statement and they are still charging me. I cannot get through to any phone number. I assume they are going bankrupt. I am very upset they will not respond and owe me over $2000 for fraudulent charges that I have still not been reimbursed.
