The sales process was exemplary. We believed we had secured a favorable price for the vehicle. Upon delivery, however, we discovered several defects, including a malfunctioning sunroof. Our local BMW dealer confirmed these issues and readily rectified them. However, a subsequent inspection revealed significant brake corrosion requiring over £1000 in repairs. Williams' post-sale service was unacceptable, marked by a lack of communication and follow-up. Astonishingly, they attributed the brake damage to stones impacting both sides simultaneously, despite our BMW dealer's assessment that the vehicle should not have been sold in this condition. The overall experience was deeply unsatisfactory. We strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider their purchase from this dealership.
