When I gave a slightly odd request I was met with a lovely positive, helpful and reassuring member of staff. I was doing a sisterly job on behalf of my brother for our mum. The flowers were lovely and don't as instructed to the letter. Also asked for lilies to be ommited as mum is allergic to them.
