I booked a luxury gold caravan at Twichen house but it was damp couldn't use the wardrobe as it had Mildrew as did the bedroom so had to sleep InThe lounge. It was not luxury.when I complained to the manager she was rude and unhelpful and just walked away when I was talking to her. Intend to put this on social media .
