The electric kept tripping due to site over-use on our last night, 31st March, at Easewell Farm. Staff tried to help but kept passing us from the man sales office to on-site staff. We asked for a refund for this night only and again were palmed off, no-one wanted to take responsibility. Quite an expensive site and it was cold so did miss the electric.
The reception was often un-manned and for a large established site we found this unacceptable.
Would not use again.
