I purchased a pair of the black strappy sandals in June last year so have had a maximum of 6 months wear from last summer and this summer and they are falling apart. Despite numerous emails to them, they refuse to agree that they are faulty and have put it down to wear and tear. Appalling. You don’t expect a pair of sandals that you have paid over £100 for to last only 6 months.
