I wish I could give them 0 stars that's how bad this is. I have been ordering from fashionova for a few years now and never had this issue. I now believe they stopped sending out people packages and are taking people money. I ordered a package from them and paid extra for overnight shipping. everything came out to $150.04 the next day the package said delivered and when I looked outside there was no package. This is rediculous. When I contacted fashionova help center which is no longer a live person either (FISHY) I received a response to wait two day. I waited and still nothing so I contated them again and was told this time to contact Fedx or file a police report. I will be hiring a PI to investigate fashionova to help myself and all these other people that were scammed out there money. Fashionova said I "unfortunately they cannot issue a refund. I never heard of such. This company is now becoming a scam BE VERY CAREFUL.
