I have had a few run-ins with Fashion Nova’s customers service. Nothing ever seems to be their fault and they don’t do right by their customers. You must check the quality of everything you order within two days and report any damages or discrepancies within that time frame or you’re SOL. So, hopefully you’re not out of town when your package is delivered like I was... I’ve had damaged product delivered a few times. Secondly, if your $250 package is lost in transit by THEIR carrier, oh well. Better luck next time. They keep your money and tell you to figure it out with the carrier. Definitely lost my business and respect for good. I think “NO” is in their name for a reason, don’t risk your hard earned cash! #FashionNOOOOOva
