Sent me a defective watch, when I reached out to customer service i had to wait on the line 40 min just to be put on hold again for another 20 min when finally got to talk to a representative they didn't introduce them self, and didn't bother to ask for my info or order # just told me that I will receive an email with instructions for the return which I have never received.
I did try to create a return file and again no e-mail, i ended up calling again customer service and received the same treatment as before . No return label no e-mail nothing.
i strongly advise not to shop on this site i will certainly never will.
