Excellent service which was both friendly and efficient. I bought a Kids Travel 2 Ladybird Children's suitcase. I wanted to know more about the product and whether it would be suitable for my granddaughter so I emailed their customer care team who called me straight away. They were very helpful (and patient!). When the product came the next day I was not disappointed and everything was just as explained. A happy grandma and a very happy granddaughter who loves her ladybug suitcase!
