“The tools were bought to replace ones that were stolen from my van. When I placed the order it said the delivery time was 2 -4 days but due to power tool world's incompetence it took eight days for them to be delivered. I rang power tool world to see why they hadn't been delilvered and they told the that my full address hadn't been put on the parcel and it had ended up at the wrong delivery depot and they were sorting it out and it would be delivered on Tuesday, I told them no one would be in on Tuesday and they weren't bothered at all and didn't even apologise for their mistake with my address. I will not be using power tool world”

“I am VERY Pleased. I ordered my items on Thursday Night and they arrived with DPD on Saturday Morning. I am very pleased with the delivery service, but would recommend using ParcelForce in future as I have had numerous issues with DPD. Everything was in the box and was decently well packaged, it could have done with a little more packaging as the items were moving about in the box but is was not too bad once opened. Purchasing was easy and the payment system was good, I had no problems with the checkout or any issues with the website. The website is easy to use and does not take long to load, even though I have very poor internet speed. Everything was as described and I am very happy with my order. Thank you very much for a pleasant and easy transaction!”
