The online course is pretty interesting. However the customer service horrible. It takes about 6-9 voice messages/emails to get a response. The only exception is when you are about to sign up. Only then do they talk to you. Even live chat is bad. You have to ask the girl the same question about 2-3 times AFTER she has read the first message. I just hope the program is much better
