After 18 orders from Shein I received an email saying that I have to verify my credit card because my last order was put on hold. In order to prove my transaction was not fraudulent, I was asked to send a picture of my credit card or ID/passport. Of course, I denied and was told to send a screenshot of my bank report. This is unbelievable! I have never been asked to send screenshots of my credit card, ID, passport or bank report for a credit card verification. As a customer, I am disappointed and dissatisfied of how Shein handled this situation. I understand they are trying to keep my security in check, but asking for pictures of personal documents it is disturbing, unprofessional, and fraudulent!
