I purchased a pair of Skechers Go Walk Arch Fit sandals (TAN) from their Jodhpur store in April 2025. While they were initially comfortable and seemed well-designed, I was disappointed to find the insole started wearing out and tearing within just three months of normal use. I’ve reached out to their customer support requesting an exchange under their warranty policy, and I’m currently waiting to hear back. I hope they address this issue fairly, as I’ve always trusted the brand for quality. Until then, I’d advise potential buyers to be cautious and check the durability of the product before purchasing.
