Ordered a Christmas present in November and it kept saying it was delayed.Phoned studio multiple times but kept being told I would have to wait 8 weeks to see where the parcel had gone!!I had paid in full and at this point just wanted either a refund or the parcel which clearly had gone missing.After phone calls emails and messaging via Instagram I got resolver.co.uk and my bank involved as it seemed studio just did not want to respond. Got a refund eventually but will never order from here again.Massive company so they really should look at their customer service better
