Totally agree with other peoples experience. Ordered 2 boys personalised tracksuits in October on the 7/12 said no stick so had to cancel.. so I preferred 2 alternative tracksuits. 7 days later all 4 turned up, I’m trying to get a refund for the 2 tracksuits studio emailed to say we’re cancelled, I don’t need 4 tracksuits and only ordered alternatives through studios mistake. Customer service useless… was the delivery a house? Sorry you only received 2 coats? Lol no one knows what they are doing… they are reading off a screen or a customer service book and cannot deal with issues outside of the content. Absolutely useless. This was my first time and last… I have also wrote a blog regarding my experience to warn others off purchasing!!!
