I did not receive the order confirmation notification after buying some items. So I ordered again and still no confirmation. Well, 10 minutes later I received 2 emails confirming 2 purchases. I contacted the customer service immediately and they refused to cancel the order even after I explained the error which was on their side.
It's evident I won't be refunded the shipping fee or return postage fee. I am very disappointed. DONT SHOP WITH STUDIO !!!!@
