********** Ten stars is what I would give the Sweater Chalet for customer service. They went above and beyond in their attempts to find a mitten for me that would not only help with Renaud's Syndrome, but ones that would work with my ski/walking poles as well. Give them a chance to help you with your order, too. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
