Terrible experience.
I listed my authentic Hermès shoes for sale and was later informed that they were being returned — despite receiving confirmation that they are authentic.
Instead of asking for an invoice or any additional proof of purchase, the platform made a unilateral decision, which not only damaged the trust but also cost me $150 in delivery fees.
I expected a more transparent and fair verification process, especially when dealing with premium designer items. This experience was not only disappointing, but costly.
