I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered in January, but instead it is now April... I contacted them a long time ago and all they said was, sorry the refund was cancelled by February. So instead of saying, oh no, we will send you a new one, they literally did nothing to help. When my package is "delayed" or most likely lost, I expect an email or at least when I contact them, I expect them to not even refund my money, but to apologize and send a new one. If I could rate the wish app with no stars I would!
