I’ve order twice from Wish and they are terrible. Both orders they couldn’t give any delivery updates. First order arrived month later than wanted and second order has not arrived at all. When I message support they cannot help and claim it may still come.
They have missed 2 delivery dates and still no help on the order. They have blanket emails for when. They respond so no matter how many tickets you open, same response. Terrible experience.
