I ordered a bunk bed on wish that was scheduled to be delivered on September 24, 2019 and it showed that the tracking number had been scanned in my city on Sept 20. The post office checked that tracking number only to find that another item had that tracking number. I complained and my date was pushed back to October 1. That day came and went and still no bunk bed. I again complained to customer service only to be told that my delivery was confirmed and that they cannot give me a refund on a confirmed delivery, even though I still did not receive the bed. I am very upset. I want my refund.
