An item we ordered arrive damaged at the Post Office. The postal worker advised not signing for the item and informed us it would be returned to the sender marked as "Damaged". When I contacted Wish customer support, the referred me to the online Support Assistant. It was a shame that, for damaged items, you MUST have a photo to use the Support Assistant. Multiple emails to Wish customer support produced no resolution and no useful suggestions. Do yourself a favor and don't use the Wish service. I would rate 0 stars if it were possible to do so.
