Re Order Number is 34612665, your courier has taken 6 days to delivery. Mantime I have had to buy ink cartridges from another source. I have rung twice and discussed the situation with a 999inks advisor, who said I shouild 'refuse acceptance of delivery', and ask for package to be returned to 999inks. THis happened this aftermnoon. The cartridges were not despatched on Monday 30/12/24 by Royal Maiil as the invoice states, but collected by EVRI on Friday afternoon 3/1/24, delivered to me today, rejected and retiurned with teh courier. When the cartridghes arrive back with you, please arrange for a refund to my Credit Card of £73.79 . Thank you.
