999 inks sent the wrong cartridge. Thinking it would fit I removed the clear plastic and tried to place it in my Printer but it just wouldn't go. It's then I discovered it was the wrong one. I asked for a return but they wouldn't accept my return even though it hadn't been used. I said it could be repackaged but they still said no. Now they've lost a customer for life and I would say to everyone. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMPLETE A-HOLES.
