This is probably the worst government service to deal with since carts roamed the city of London collecting bodies during the great plague.
This institution does no good for the countless people who contact it via the appalling website hoping for help after they have been scammed. Scammers, on the other hand can rest assured unless they are unlucky enough to scam someone rich and powerful that they will be safe.
