I will register a full complaint through my local MP Pret Kaur Gill and of course Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) .Cannot be done with these useless quangoes.1 hour on hold then disconnected then return call ater 45 minutes then disconnect then false information by James.Utterly useless bunch.
