This so called company is not fir for purpose. I have read the other reviews and they are all saying the same thing. I agree they need investigating. They are regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority I suggest everyone make a formal complaint to them and the insurance companies that use them need to be informed and given an opportunity to make comment.
