I am suprised arc legal been regulated by FCA. What a huge mistake. They have only been aroun since 2022 ,no wonder they are so inexperienced and ignorant of law. People should complain to FCA and legal ombudsman. Complete waste of time. Dealing with them is Very frustrating . Should be struck out.
